Event August 18 at 11 AM
𖡡West Valley Wellness Center
10404 W Coggins Dr Ste 110, Sun City, AZ 85351
Deep Rest for the Body. Calm for the Mind.
When was the last time you allowed yourself to simply rest?
This unique experience combines the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with the gentle wellness benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy) to create a peaceful environment for relaxation, restoration, and nervous system support.
You'll settle comfortably into a zero gravity chair, allowing your body to be fully supported as you breathe pharmaceutical-grade salt dispersed into the air through a halotherapy system. As you rest, you'll be guided through breath awareness, a full body scan, visualization, and intention setting—helping the body soften while the mind remains gently aware.
Halotherapy has long been used to support respiratory wellness by helping to clear the airways and reduce inflammation. Many people also find it beneficial for seasonal allergies, sinus congestion, asthma, skin conditions such as eczema, and overall relaxation. Combined with the restorative effects of Yoga Nidra, it creates a deeply calming experience that supports both physical and mental well-being.
Throughout the session, there is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be. This is an opportunity to pause, receive, and allow your body to access a state of rest that is often difficult to reach in everyday life.
You may leave feeling lighter, mentally clearer, deeply relaxed, or quietly energized. Every experience is different, and your body will receive exactly what it needs.
What to Expect
Relax in a comfortable zero gravity chair throughout the session.
Breathe the benefits of dry salt therapy during the entire experience.
Guided breath awareness, body scan, visualization, and intention setting.
Approximately 60 minutes of guided deep rest.
Please Note
Yoga Nidra and halotherapy are complementary wellness practices designed to support relaxation and overall well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and should not replace medical care from a qualified healthcare provider.
