When is the last time you felt deeply relaxed? Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" takes you to a level deeper than meditation. You will build yourself a nest with props. From there you are in a long Savasana. We will use the breath, do an in depth body scan & then use guided imagery. You will set an intention for what you would like to get out of the session. This gets set into your subconscious. Some people feel energized after & some want to continue the relaxation.
