Week 1 — Grounding + Energy
Discover what grounding feels like for you and explore different pathways for finding steadiness and presence.
Week 2 — The Elements
Explore Earth, Water, Fire, Air + Ether and their connections with energy, the body, and your own intuitive experience.
Week 3 — Your Intuitive Language
Explore the clairs and begin recognizing the ways intuitive information naturally comes through for you.
Week 4 — Emotions + the Body
Explore emotional and energetic awareness through the body, along with an intuitive experience with herbs.
Week 5 — Tools + Discernment
Experience oracle cards, pendulums, and self-Reiki as tangible ways of exploring your own inner knowing.
Week 6 — Receiving + Spiritual Connection
Explore receiving, archangels, automatic writing, and spiritual connection before integrating everything we’ve experienced together.
Your Founding Circle Includes
Six 90-minute in-person gatherings, guided practices and meditations, hands-on intuitive exercises, time for reflection and group conversation, an integration week between sessions, plus a journal + crystal gifted to each member of the founding group.
