A late night Yoga Nidra designed to help you fall asleep—and stay asleep.
This guided, sleep-based meditation gently brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains softly aware, supporting nervous system reset and full-body restoration.
For this practice, I invite you to get fully settled in a space where you can comfortably drift into sleep if your body asks for it—a bed, a cozy nest, somewhere you won’t need to move afterward. As the Nidra comes to a close, I will quietly guide us out and gently exit the space, allowing you to remain in rest without disruption.
Come as you are, and allow yourself to be carried into deep, uninterrupted rest.
